Robert wears many hats at the firm. In addition to serving as its Managing Attorney, he is also responsible for handling all of the firm’s appellate matters, trusts and estate work, all proceedings before the Surrogate’s Courts, and is head of the firm’s Appellate, Trusts and Estates departments. Robert has also handled matters for the firm’s corporate and commercial clients at all stages of the proceedings. In addition to his work at the firm, Robert has served for nearly fifteen years as an Adjunct Professor of Law at his alma mater, New York Law School, in the areas of Legal Writing and Drafting. He is admitted to practice law in the state of New York, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

A graduate of Ursinus College, with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics, he went on to attend New York Law School where he graduated Magna cum Laude, and was ranked with a grade point average in the top 5 in his class. While in Law School he served as the Managing Editor of the Law Review and was honored with the American Jurisprudence Awards in Trial Practice and Advocacy, and Legal Writing and Research, and he received the school’s Dr. Max Reich Award for Excellence in Civil Trial Advocacy. In addition to those honors, Robert has been included in the Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and the Who’s Who Among American Law Students.

Robert lives in Hopewell, New Jersey with his wife, Jennifer, and their four children. He devotes his free time to his family as well as volunteering in several charitable endeavors, including the New Jersey Special Olympics, TOPSoccer, and as co-founder, Vice President, and Community Service Liason of the Next Level Soccer Academy, and serving as a Board member for the Hopewell Valley Soccer Association.
